What you will do

• Develop and operationalize joint delivery taxonomies and "ways of working" for lead GSIs including Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, and Cognizant.
• Act as the single-threaded owner of the pursuit-to-delivery readiness experience for priority top accounts in Americas and EMEA.
• Collaborate with Professional Services (PS) leadership to define joint delivery models and resolve ownership conflicts.
• Establish a Partner Practice Health view to monitor capability readiness and delivery performance themes.
• Drive the adoption of agentic/A2A patterns and cross-platform workflows involving Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partner delivery operations, program leadership, or alliance execution.
• Proven track record in multi-party delivery involving software vendors, GSIs, and enterprise customers.
• Strong discipline in joint scoping, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to lead through influence across a global matrix organization.
• Must be based in California, USA.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working at or with Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, or Cognizant.
• Familiarity with enterprise CX programs (CCaaS / CRM / workflow) and delivery models.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and ServiceNow operating environments.
• Exposure to agentic or automation-led CX concepts.
