Production Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand, forecasts, and manufacturing capacity.
• Collaborate with Production, Fabrication, and Engineering teams to ensure feasible production scheduling.
• Analyze labor, equipment, and material capacity to identify and resolve constraints.
• Utilize ERP systems (preferably INFOR) to analyze demand and drive data-based decisions.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives, including Kanban systems and visual management.
• Serve as the primary planning liaison between supply chain, engineering, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in production or manufacturing planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (INFOR preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of lean principles and capacity planning concepts.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.
