What you will do

• Manage material readiness for assigned work orders from release through production start.
• Maintain accurate clear-to-build (CtB) status and track material availability dates.
• Proactively identify and resolve material shortages to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to expedite critical deliveries.
• Partner with Engineering and Programs to resolve BOM discrepancies and material issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of material planning processes and data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in material planning, production control, or supply chain management.
• Must be able to work onsite in Redondo Beach, CA.
• ITAR compliance required (U.S. citizen, green card holder, or eligible status).
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and SQL.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or wire harness manufacturing.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience using PowerBI and large data set analysis.
• Experience partnering with IT to improve ERP planning tools.
