Production Planning Manager

What you will do

• Develop and manage production forecasts based on master plans and material needs.
• Adjust production schedules to accommodate demand changes and ensure material availability.
• Lead the implementation of production control functions including scheduling, dispatching, and planning.
• Liaise with operations teams to resolve production line disruptions and productivity issues.
• Interface with customers to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Produce revenue investigations and annual operating plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive responsibility in production control and planning.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience leading a team.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
