Production Coordinator

Location: Onsite in Redondo Beach, California, USA. Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible asylee/refugee).

Salary: $23.50–$40.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage daily execution of released work orders within assigned production areas.
• Monitor work order status and ensure teams have necessary materials, documentation, and tooling.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to resolve production blockers and shortages.
• Facilitate work order releases, closures, and status updates within ERP/MES systems.
• Maintain accurate production reporting, including work-in-progress and recovery plans.
• Partner with Production Supervisors to manage labor loading and execution risks.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible under ITAR regulations.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Redondo Beach, CA, standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or wire harness manufacturing.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with MES systems, SQL, or PowerBI.
