What you will do

• Support the onboarding and setup of new ad campaigns for pharmaceutical brands and healthcare advertisers.
• Manage daily operations, including trafficking creative assets, adjusting budgets, and implementing A/B tests.
• Monitor performance across digital platforms and deliver reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to scope campaign opportunities and create performance forecasts.
• Proactively optimize campaigns to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and technical implementation.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in digital media, campaign management, or paid advertising.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redwood City, CA.
• Familiarity with digital ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and DSPs.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising.
• Agency or in-house marketing experience.
