Location: Remote within the US, with regular in-person founder/growth sprints. San Francisco or New York based candidates are preferred.
Salary: $180,000 – $300,000

What you will do
- Own the full consumer funnel from first impression to retention and reactivation.
- Scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels.
- Build a high-velocity performance creative engine including UGC, hooks, and landing page testing.
- Develop a creator and influencer program that drives measurable acquisition.
- Hire and manage a high-performing growth team across performance, lifecycle, and creative strategy.
- Partner with product, clinical, and legal teams to ensure growth strategies align with healthcare compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consumer growth or performance marketing at a high-growth DTC, telehealth, or regulated company.
- Direct ownership of 7-figure+ annual paid media budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Deep hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok) and strong analytical fluency in attribution and cohort analysis.
- Proven ability to improve conversion across landing pages, intake flows, and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Must be based in the US with the ability to attend regular in-person sprints.
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing compliance, patient trust, and privacy.
