What you will do
- Develop and execute paid growth campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and other performance channels.
- Build and scale demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline.
- Run lifecycle marketing including email, nurture flows, and basic automation to move prospects through the funnel.
- Track and analyze marketing performance (CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, ROI) and lead A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to improve messaging and targeting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns; Google Ads and/or Meta required (Reddit or other channels a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking performance, building reports, and using data to drive decisions.
- Experience across the full funnel (acquisition, nurture, and conversion optimization).
- Strong written communication skills to create clear marketing and sales content.
- Comfort operating as a generalist in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
