TL;DR

Performance Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS): Owning and scaling paid acquisition across key channels with an accent on analytical rigor, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in-office).

Salary: $116,000 – $130,000 base.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid social, display, and emerging channels.
  • Manage budgets and forecasting to meet ROI/CAC targets and pipeline goals.
  • Build and maintain a testing roadmap for ads, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Partner with Lifecycle, Content, and Creative teams to develop high-performing assets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Own channel-level reporting and create performance dashboards for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of performance marketing experience with measurable growth impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CAC, ROI, LTV, and cohort analysis.
  • Experience managing meaningful budgets and optimizing for business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with modern ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Amplitude).
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
  • Landing page and CRO expertise.
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or incrementality testing.
