What you will do

  • Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers to identify new opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the commercial insurance broker team.
  • Manage prospect records, follow-ups, and daily tasks within Salesforce.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets.
  • Assist brokers with Workers' Compensation analyses and general administrative support.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects to nurture the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in outbound outreach.
