Salary: $75,000–$95,000 Annually plus bonus eligible

What you will do
- Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of assigned agencies and accounts.
- Execute marketing and sales strategies to meet defined production and growth targets.
- Develop and monitor regional growth plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with agency partners through regular in-person visits.
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to identify profitable growth opportunities.
- Resolve agency issues by coordinating with internal underwriting, licensing, and product teams.
Requirements
- Must reside within Virginia (VA) or North Carolina (NC)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Representative or Account Manager in the specialty auto insurance industry.
- Established relationships with Specialty Auto independent agency owners and relevant trade associations.
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology, concepts, and specialty auto products.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to perform business travel within the territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work in a paperless environment.
