What you will do

  • Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision makers across commercial real estate asset classes and targeted markets.
  • Drive event sponsorship sales through in-depth prospecting research and sourcing/confirming sponsor participation.
  • Prospect new business to build a strong pipeline for senior-level sales and become an expert at specific prospecting.
  • Connect with sponsorship prospects via phone and email, responding to inbound leads.
  • Assist event production to build sponsor-friendly programs aligned with hirify.global’s client base.
  • Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM and work with sales to accelerate the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of sales experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States full-time without hirify.global sponsorship (no H-1B or other employment-based nonimmigrant visa sponsorship for this role).
  • Strong interest in growing into an externally facing sales role working closely with clients.
  • Strong interest in the commercial real estate industry and in media/digital marketing solutions.
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to new digital and event products.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, frequently changing sales environment.
