What you will do
- Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision makers across commercial real estate asset classes and targeted markets.
- Drive event sponsorship sales through in-depth prospecting research and sourcing/confirming sponsor participation.
- Prospect new business to build a strong pipeline for senior-level sales and become an expert at specific prospecting.
- Connect with sponsorship prospects via phone and email, responding to inbound leads.
- Assist event production to build sponsor-friendly programs aligned with ’s client base.
- Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM and work with sales to accelerate the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of sales experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship (no H-1B or other employment-based nonimmigrant visa sponsorship for this role).
- Strong interest in growing into an externally facing sales role working closely with clients.
- Strong interest in the commercial real estate industry and in media/digital marketing solutions.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to new digital and event products.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, frequently changing sales environment.
