What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within assigned territories or segments.
- Research and identify prospective customers using data, tools, and market signals.
- Execute outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
- Conduct value-driven conversations to understand customer needs and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Utilize modern sales tools and workflows to optimize productivity and outreach quality.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build a consistent and high-quality pipeline.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, NY to support a hybrid work arrangement.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and outbound pipeline generation.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach across multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research accounts and identify relevant prospects independently.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and a growth mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Orum, Nooks, or ZoomInfo.
- Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted workflows for prospecting and research.
- Prior SDR or customer-facing experience in a high-volume environment.
