What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within assigned territories or segments.
  • Research and identify prospective customers using data, tools, and market signals.
  • Execute outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
  • Conduct value-driven conversations to understand customer needs and generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Utilize modern sales tools and workflows to optimize productivity and outreach quality.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build a consistent and high-quality pipeline.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, NY to support a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to research accounts and identify relevant prospects independently.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Orum, Nooks, or ZoomInfo.
  • Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted workflows for prospecting and research.
  • Prior SDR or customer-facing experience in a high-volume environment.
