Location: Must be based in or near Irving, TX, with a hybrid work requirement of at least three days per week in the office.
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 + commission.

What you will do
- Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing, website inquiries, and trade shows.
- Maintain and update accurate lead data and client interactions in Salesforce CRM.
- Research business opportunities and identify key decision-makers.
- Support sales managers with research, proposals, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the Irving, TX office at least three days per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with cold outreach.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools.
- Previous experience in B2B sales environments.
