What you will do

• Execute HEOR projects to exceed client expectations while staying on time and on budget.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets across multiple competing projects.
• Ensure deliverables meet hirify.global standards for accuracy, consistency, quality, and conformity.
• Provide methodological leadership to ensure projects use strong, defendable HEOR concepts and methods and meet high standards for pharmacoeconomic analysis and HTA.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and timelines; identify and communicate opportunities for future collaborations.
• Lead people execution: assign/review work, coach junior staff, coordinate resources and priorities cross-functionally, and influence outcomes through project planning and delivery.

Requirements

• MSc in a Life Science discipline, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in health economics, health technology assessment, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in cost-effectiveness model design, analysis, and interpretation.
• Experience with HTA submissions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and team members across competing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with model programming in VBA.
