Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (3 days per week)

Salary: €90k - €100k Per Annum

What you will do

• Coordinate omnichannel engagement projects, including CRM, customer database, profiling, segmentation, and targeting.
• Define and maintain data quality and governance for the local Omnichannel ecosystem.
• Create visibility of sales data and customer insights to identify business-driving opportunities.
• Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programs, metrics, and regular reporting to ensure strategic execution.
• Manage CRM platforms (Salesforce/Veeva/IQVIA), providing support and training to field and office associates.
• Supervise the Established Brands portfolio to maximize net revenues through detailed analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SFE, CRM commercial excellence, or Operations leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce-based CRM platforms such as Veeva or IQVIA.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial and field models.
• Expertise in data analytics and producing commercial reports.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
