What you will do

• Split time between UI/UX design and front-end implementation to own the full product experience.
• Translate design intent into high-quality, accessible, production-ready code using React and TypeScript.
• Maintain and evolve the design system as living code within Storybook.
• Prototype complex interactions and motion to validate ideas and communicate design intent.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and Data teams to define and ship solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration and pressure-test design concepts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience spanning product/UX design and front-end engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and production front-end code (React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS).
• Proven track record of taking designs from concept to shipped, pixel-accurate, accessible code.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems as code.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and web platform technologies.
• Must be based in the US to comply with remote work requirements.

Nice to have

• Backend or full-stack development experience.
• Knowledge of Motion Design or animation using Rive.
