• Build robust, scalable software solutions for a best-in-class learning platform.
• Develop frontend components and related tooling while maintaining high code quality.
• Review code from team members to ensure pragmatic and elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps to manage and monitor deployment processes and infrastructure.
• Ensure software reliability and performance in real classroom environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Understanding of modern backend web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with complex systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS AppSync, Lambda, Terraform, Docker).
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks like Jest or WebdriverIO.
• Prior experience in the education or ed-tech sector.
