What you will do

• Own full-stack features and systems from problem definition through production across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Partner with product teams to define scope and ship high-impact, iterative releases.
• Make critical architectural and design decisions for scalable microservices.
• Integrate production-ready LLM features into enterprise customer workflows.
• Optimize API performance and maintain AWS infrastructure using a DevOps mindset.
• Mentor teammates through thoughtful code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express.
• Experience with AWS (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS), PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features to production (mandatory).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline).
• Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform).
• Python programming skills.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
• Background in CX or customer support software.
