What you will do

• Ship full-stack features for the new ShareGate Migrate web application.
• Shape technical choices including libraries, API patterns, and test strategies.
• Integrate Microsoft Graph, Azure AD, and MSAL for secure migration scenarios.
• Anticipate technical risks and provide concrete solutions to maintain delivery velocity.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance quality and output.

Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of software development experience in a product-oriented environment.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience in backend development with C# and .NET.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise strong technical judgment.
• Experience collaborating with product and design teams.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD, MSAL).
