Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing the core AI-powered platform to help job seekers overcome barriers to opportunity with an accent on end-to-end feature delivery and system scalability. Location: Must be based in the US or Canada. Hybrid option available for those in Toronto.
Salary: $150,000–$185,000 (benchmarked for New York)

What you will do
- Design, build, test, and ship full-stack features from concept to production.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate user needs into reliable software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while upholding high engineering standards.
- Make sound technical decisions and weigh architectural tradeoffs.
- Improve internal tooling, testing, and observability to increase team velocity.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to system design initiatives (senior level).
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- 3+ years (mid) or 6+ years (senior) of experience building production web applications.
- Deep fluency in TypeScript across both frontend and backend.
- Solid fundamentals in data modeling, API design, and cloud deployment.
- Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startup environments.
- Bias for action and ability to own features end-to-end without hand-holding.
Nice to have
- Exposure to data-intensive products or recommendation/matching systems.
- Experience with AI/ML-backed features.
- Interest in workforce development and economic mobility.
