What you will do

• Review quarterly and monthly valuations, financial statements, and investor capital statements for private equity funds.
• Perform reconciliation and reporting of general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Engage with external auditors and tax consultants to mitigate risks and ensure accurate financial information.
• Prepare management fee, cash flow, and regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with treasury, legal, and risk management teams to support strategic workflows and new product requests.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and firm policies to safeguard assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in a financial accounting role.
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. GAAP and financial audit processes.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Office tools.
• Ability to identify internal control issues and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing general ledger entries and investigating financial fluctuations.
