Staff Technical Program Manager (Blockchain)

Location: New York, United States. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration for 10+ days per month.

Annual base salary: $172,000–$215,000 USD for positions based in NY, excluding equity, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Lead large cross-functional programs connected to hirify.global products and develop strategy across strategic product initiatives.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable systems focused on customer needs.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks, manage risks and trade-offs, and maintain high development velocity.
• Coordinate product schedules, testing, and release dependencies across multiple engineering teams.
• Partner with program, product, and engineering managers to align priorities and drive consensus.
• Build release, bug, and progress-tracking dashboards and contribute to technical decision-making frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of release and/or technical program management experience in sophisticated enterprise technology environments.
• Experience working directly with multiple cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority.
• Knowledge of software development and modern project management practices, including Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
• Ability to use data and analytics to identify trends and assess project and system health.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
• Experience architecting or crafting design patterns for reliable and scalable systems, plus knowledge of payments, custody, stablecoin, or blockchain ecosystems.
