What you will do
- Develop cross-product priorities and strategy for liquidity initiatives by analyzing customer needs and technology.
- Reduce ambiguity and risk by identifying bottlenecks and making data-driven decisions on trade-offs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives through clear and purposeful communication.
- Contribute to technical frameworks used by engineering teams for critical decision-making.
- Partner with program, product, and engineering managers to align development priorities.
- Manage testing dependencies and build monitoring dashboards to track development progress and gaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of release or project management experience in sophisticated enterprise tech environments.
- Must be based in New York, US to meet hybrid office requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of software development and modern processes like Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
- Experience crafting and architecting systems with a focus on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Proven experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
