What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee cross-enterprise insurance initiatives from assessment through solution launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of deliverables.
• Manage issues and risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate business readiness activities including planning and deployment of product improvements.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and key partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work hybrid in Fidelity offices.
• 5-7 years of program management experience in financial services or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and Six Sigma beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
