What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from inception through execution and go-to-market.
• Assemble and organize cross-functional core teams including engineering, product, and applied science.
• Create and maintain program roadmaps, OKRs, and project plans.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across various internal functions.
• Improve internal processes and tools by introducing industry best practices.
• Facilitate clear communication and visibility for stakeholders regarding initiative progress.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Proven track record of delivering features or products from ideation to launch.
• Experience launching products in new markets or geographies, including regulatory navigation.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments such as financial institutions.
• Background in developing SDKs or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with product certifications and audits.
• Knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
