TL;DR
Senior Sales Executive (Legal): Developing and growing new customer accounts in the legal community with an accent on prospecting and consultative selling. Focus on identifying web-based marketing opportunities for law firms and driving revenue growth within assigned territories.
Location: Must be based in or work from Salt Lake City, Utah or Fort Collins, Colorado. Requires being actively in the field on most business days with occasional overnight travel.
Salary: $75,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE up to $200,000)

What you will do
- Develop and grow new customer accounts within small-to-mid sized law firms in an assigned territory.
- Utilize prospecting and cold calling to identify opportunities for web-based marketing and advertising solutions.
- Consult with clients to design marketing strategies that improve their business generation and visibility.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the internal Account Management team to ensure post-sales satisfaction and customer retention.
- Maintain strong client relationships and resolve concerns through internal stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- Based in Salt Lake City, UT or Fort Collins, CO.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of success in professional B2B outside sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while being in the field.
- Technical aptitude with MS Office, internet applications, and Salesforce.com.
- Strong interpersonal skills to translate marketplace needs into service solutions.
