Location: Must be based in TX, TN, AL, LA, or MS. This is a remote position with up to 50% travel required.
Compensation: $89,600 - $157,000 USD base salary plus commission.

What you will do
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-profile strategic clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within major accounts.
- Develop comprehensive proposals and strategic sales plans to drive revenue.
- Oversee coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery.
- Analyze complex client data to inform and adjust sales strategies.
- Negotiate high-impact product and service terms with autonomy.
Requirements
- Must be based in TX, TN, AL, LA, or MS.
- 6+ years of direct B2B field sales experience with Enterprise SaaS or software solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in consultative sales, needs assessment, and virtual/in-person presentations.
- Experience working within a multi-division or matrix sales organization.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM applications.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to the Tax and Accounting industry.
- Working knowledge of tax and accounting concepts and firm operations.
- Formalized sales training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales).
