What you will do

• Execute organic growth initiatives across SEO, AI search, and owned digital experiences to increase traffic and revenue.
• Develop and implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
• Own the website strategy, roadmap, and lead a robust experimentation program focused on CRO.
• Manage technical SEO, site architecture, structured data, and content optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Content teams to optimize customer website flows and increase authority.
• Establish performance reporting and dashboards to track organic growth impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, website optimization, or growth marketing.
• Proven success growing acquisition and revenue in a SaaS, fintech, or PLG environment.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and CRO.
• Strong understanding of AEO, GEO, and the evolution of AI-driven search.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Must be based in Canada.
