hirify.global is a fast-growing B2B SaaS fintech company specializing in digitizing financial processes, expense management, and corporate card programs for over 20,000 clients globally.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the European growth strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Increase qualified pipeline generation and optimize funnel conversion rates.
  • Monitor and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, ROI, and cost per lead.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four growth marketing professionals.
  • Establish clear project management processes to ensure execution excellence.
  • Build a strong partnership with Sales leadership to maximize lead quality and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Significant experience managing high-performing growth or marketing teams.
  • Track record of building scalable acquisition engines and managing international growth strategies.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, SEA, inbound/outbound marketing, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
