TL;DR

Web Marketing Manager (SaaS): Managing and optimizing core web properties to drive brand awareness and lead capture with an accent on SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Focus on improving organic visibility in zero-click search environments and increasing pipeline contribution through conversion rate optimization.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada (Office attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 CAD annually

What you will do

  • Own the strategy and performance of hirify.global.com and GlobeNewswire.com to drive brand awareness and lead capture.
  • Lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve rankings and visibility for AI crawlers.
  • Optimize UX/UI, page structures, and user flows to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage website analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, and Design teams to align site experiences with audience needs.
  • Manage internal workflows and partner with external agencies for development and scaling.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in web or digital marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in website traffic and pipeline contribution.
  • Deep understanding of SEO and exposure to AEO or AI-driven search trends.
  • Hands-on experience with Drupal CMS or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency with Semrush, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing approaches.
  • Experience managing global or multi-language websites.
  • Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI applications.
