What you will do

• Design and execute acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies using data and automation.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows using tools like Iterable to improve user journeys.
• Leverage generative AI to scale content production, personalization, and data analysis.
• Translate complex product features into simple, emotionally resonant messaging and launch playbooks.
• Act as the user's voice within the product team to ensure market-aligned development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and design teams.

Requirements

• Background in growth or product marketing within a tech or fintech company.
• Hands-on mastery of marketing automation tools and building complex flows.
• Fluency with generative AI tools in daily workflows.
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand APIs to build solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with high autonomy.
• Experience defining metrics and executing structured experimentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with no-code tools like n8n or Make.
