What you will do

  • Own product positioning and messaging for membership, card, earnings, and travel offerings to ensure they are clear and differentiated.
  • Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products and features in collaboration with GMs, Product, Design, and Growth teams.
  • Develop a cohesive portfolio narrative that strengthens the overall member value proposition across all surfaces and channels.
  • Lead customer, competitive, and market insights research to inform product strategy, pricing, and roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure message-market fit across ads, landing pages, and in-product surfaces.
  • Define success metrics for launches and utilize product analytics to iterate and scale successful campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing within consumer tech, fintech, travel, or subscription-based products.
  • Proven track record of leading GTM launches that drove measurable business impact (activation, conversion, or revenue).
  • Experience operating within a product trio (PM, Product Design, Engineering) in a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical products into simple, compelling narratives across various channels.
  • Proficiency with product analytics and experimentation tools to inform GTM strategy and iteration.
  • Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders and bring structure to ambiguous environments.
