What you will do

• Design and own an aggressive experimentation program across paid, SEO, AEO, and partner channels.
• Build AI-native infrastructure using tools like Clay and n8n to automate demand generation workflows.
• Analyze experiment results to scale winning channels and kill ineffective ones.
• Develop repeatable growth playbooks that the broader team can execute.
• Own the growth metrics and instrument experiments for real-time performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from New York City.
• Proven experience in high-agency, early-stage startup or strategy-execution roles.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Deep curiosity about AI and its application in reshaping growth functions.
• Bias for action and comfort navigating ambiguity without a pre-defined playbook.
