Salary: $188,000 – $246,700

What you will do

• Act as a strategic enablement partner for SE leadership to diagnose skill gaps and prescribe targeted interventions.
• Curate and quality-gate enablement content, validating AI outputs and maintaining a source of truth for product domains.
• Analyze field signals from tools like Gong and Salesforce to prioritize and classify capability gaps.
• Design activation experiences using diverse modalities such as hands-on labs, AI skills, and coaching nudges.
• Act as a connector between Product, Field, and Leadership to align learning initiatives with release cadences.
• Scale local enablement successes into org-wide capability programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement.
• Deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP databases, SQL, and/or Python.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
• Ability to lead through influence and secure sponsorship from diverse internal stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Snowflake experience or SnowPro certifications.
• Data science or Spark experience.
