Enablement Business Partner (Solution Engineering)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid

Salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner strategically with Solution Engineering leadership to diagnose skill gaps, prescribe interventions, and measure capability changes.
• Curate and quality-gate enablement content, including validating AI-generated outputs and maintaining product and theater sources of truth.
• Analyze Gong, Salesforce, theater-level data, leadership feedback, product roadmaps, and other signals to prioritize field capability gaps.
• Design hands-on labs, self-serve learning, AI skills development, peer learning, and coaching nudges while measuring behavior change.
• Connect Product, Field, Leadership, and Learners by building technical content and aligning enablement with release cadence.
• Scale local enablement across the field and refine the global Solution Engineering onboarding and everboarding program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience in enterprise software, Solution Engineering, and enablement in the data space.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP databases, SQL, and/or Python.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Strong business, technical, sales, communication, presentation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and make results-oriented decisions in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to have

• Snowflake experience or SnowPro Core/SnowPro Advanced certification.
• Data science or Spark experience.
