Technical Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: United States; travel up to 25% for onboarding program delivery.

Salary: $88,800–$152,550 USD base salary per year, depending on pay zone. The package may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Reimagine Field Engineering onboarding and develop AI-native experiences, tools, skills, and assessments that scale globally.
• Define measurable onboarding milestones and role-readiness standards with Field Engineering leadership and StratOps.
• Plan and deliver in-person onboarding globally in partnership with Onboarding Operations and Technical Trainers.
• Advise the early-career Solution Engineering program and partner with Field Engineering, Product, StratOps, Technical Excellence, and Field Enablement leaders.
• Own Field Engineering onboarding OKRs focused on role readiness and velocity, and collaborate on leading indicators and results.
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding delivery, feature deployment, and continuous program innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a GTM role, including solution engineering or solution architecture, post-sales or delivery, GTM enablement, or GTM onboarding in a hyper-growth SaaS or AI environment.
• Deep technical skills and strong knowledge of Field Engineering organizations.
• Strong judgment in designing fast, effective ramps focused on field readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to own high-impact, scaled programs over time as an individual contributor.
• Experience building technical enablement or internal tools with AI, including skills, applications, or content, and integrating AI into programmatic workflows.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical audiences across roles and experience levels.
• Bias for shipping and iterating in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Databricks or competitive platforms.
• Familiarity with a consumption-based business motion.
• Experience designing onboarding or enablement at a data, AI, or infrastructure company during rapid scaling.
• Facilitation skills and the ability to lead from the front of the classroom.
