What you will do

• Develop and update clinical education content to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding and educational strategy.
• Create training materials for new product releases and software updates.
• Standardize formatting, structure, and tone across all internal and customer-facing educational materials.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education Specialists and cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
• Enhance content delivery through e-learning, video, simulations, and blended learning.
• Ensure all materials comply with regulatory, quality, and branding standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, instructional design, or clinical training, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related technical/healthcare field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with video content creation and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required travel documentation.

Nice to have

• Clinical experience working within a neurodiagnostic discipline (EEG, IONM, PSG, or EDX/US).
