What you will do

• Plan and execute a 12-week onboarding program for new MSLs and other Medical Affairs team members.
• Design and deliver a Medical Affairs training roadmap for each product and therapeutic area in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop ongoing education initiatives covering scientific updates, product data, and soft skills like KOL engagement.
• Conduct competency checks and provide structured feedback to support skill development and knowledge retention.
• Facilitate interactive live and virtual training sessions and contribute to national/regional meeting planning.
• Manage curricula within the LMS and track training KPIs, including certification rates and engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA) preferred; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life science required.
• 5+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in Medical Affairs, MSL, or medical education roles.
• Demonstrated experience in training development and facilitation for field-based scientific teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25–30% for team meetings and field engagement.
• Proficiency with MS Office and virtual collaboration platforms (MS Teams, CoPilot).

Nice to have

• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of solid organ transplantation and/or immunology.
• Experience partnering with Compliance and Legal in regulated environments.
• Experience managing external vendors for e-learning and medical communications.
