What you will do

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of global events, including summits, roadshows, and product launches.
• Lead workstreams for logistics, vendor coordination, production, and attendee experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to align event strategy with business goals.
• Track budgets, contracts, and ROI reporting with high precision.
• Implement AI and automation tools to improve operational workflows.
• Provide onsite execution and real-time problem solving during live events.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in events or experiential marketing within SaaS or tech environments.
• Proven track record of supporting large-scale B2B conferences or executive programs.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple shifting priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Must be based in San Francisco to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools for productivity.
