What you will do
- Audit and maintain pipeline health, stage integrity, and forecasting accuracy for the Direct Sales motion.
- Establish a consistent weekly pipeline inspection and forecasting cadence with sales leadership.
- Optimize territory design, account assignments, and quota coverage frameworks aligned with growth plans.
- Partner with Business Systems to prioritize CRM improvements and reduce seller friction.
- Analyze funnel performance, win rates, and velocity to identify and diagnose performance gaps.
- Create feedback loops between field data and Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams.
Requirements
- Must be located anywhere in the U.S.
- Proven track record of building systems and driving alignment in sales operations at scale.
- Ability to travel up to 15 days per year for company-wide events.
- Experience with CRM workflow optimization and sales tech stack management.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into defensible forecasts and actionable insights.
