TL;DR
Inside Sales (Fintech): Maximize lead-to-funding conversion for homeowners leveraging home equity for financial flexibility with an accent on consultative selling, pipeline management, and high-volume outbound/inbound efforts. Focus on uncovering needs, tailoring financing options, driving deals to close, and collaborating with operations and underwriting for compliant processes.
Location: 100% Remote, candidates must reside in one of ’s states of operation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. Must travel for two mandatory onsite events per year. Must have a dedicated home office.
$60,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $90,000 first year), $1,500 monthly commission guarantee for first 3 months.

What you will do
- Manage large warm pipeline in Salesforce, prioritizing leads by readiness and qualification to maximize lead-to-funding conversion.
- Conduct high-volume calls, uncover homeowners' goals empathetically, tailor solutions, set expectations, and drive to funding.
- Participate in role-plays, call reviews, coaching; track performance, test tactics, iterate for better KPIs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Customer Success for smooth homeowner journey and process improvements.
- Optimize outbound/inbound sales on market-qualified leads already in the funnel.
Requirements
- Obtain and maintain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license via NMLS within 60 days (company covers costs, includes background/credit check).
- At least 1 year phone sales experience in financial services or related, with closing experience.
- Experience managing customer pipeline and driving deals to close.
- Highly organized, empathetic communicator, adaptable, resilient, coachable.
- Comfortable with G Suite; CRM (Salesforce) a plus.
- Must reside in specified US states; strong computer skills, attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Business.
- Familiarity with US real estate/mortgage processing.
