What you will do
- Lead end-to-end production for flagship event franchises, including The New Yorker Festival and Vanity Fair’s Campaign Hollywood.
- Partner with Editorial, Revenue, and Marketing teams to shape event concepts, formats, and audience strategies from the ground up.
- Oversee all operational aspects: vendor management, budgeting, contracting, production schedules, and onsite leadership.
- Translate creative visions into executable production plans, budgets, and staffing structures.
- Collaborate with the Events Studio to elevate production standards and scale resources across various brands.
- Maintain rigorous production documentation and budget oversight to ensure financial accountability.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience producing large-scale events, experiential campaigns, or luxury brand experiences.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder productions from concept through execution.
- Deep understanding of live production within media, entertainment, fashion, or culture-driven brands.
- Strong expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and production operations.
- Exceptional creative judgment and ability to navigate fast-moving environments under pressure.
- Must be based in New York, NY.
