What you will do

• Curate a premium product assortment that reflects luxury aesthetics, focusing on quality and American-made values.
• Lead strategic relationships with primary and specialty vendors to ensure operational excellence and fulfillment quality.
• Oversee the end-to-end user experience of the branded merchandise e-commerce portal to maintain a luxury retail feel.
• Centralize branded merchandise requests across company departments to ensure brand consistency and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and execute internal and B2B promotional strategies to increase employee engagement and partner brand recall.
• Analyze KPI dashboards to track sales velocity, product turn rates, and catalog performance.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related business discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence executives and high-value external partners.
• Experience managing e-commerce or B2B portals with a keen eye for frictionless UX.
• Must be based in Eden Prairie, MN for this office-based position.
• Proficiency with Google or Microsoft Suite.
