What you will do

• Own the divisional event strategy, including tradeshows, conferences, and executive experiences.
• Lead and coach the event team, supporting both remote and in-person members.
• Define and implement ROI strategies, lead tracking, and sales handoff processes.
• Manage divisional event budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with division leadership and sales teams to align event programs with go-to-market priorities.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing scalable systems and workflows for event execution.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in experiential marketing, tradeshow management, or event leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex event portfolios in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ROI tracking, reporting, and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in people management and team development.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, event technology, and marketing automation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship provided.
