What you will do

• Set and lead a global events strategy that drives revenue growth, pipeline contribution, and brand value.
• Own the end-to-end events portfolio, including strategy, execution, performance measurement, and senior-level internal events.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across all event programs.
• Develop and monetize event propositions, including sponsorship and partner investment streams.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth Marketing, and Commercial Marketing Leads to integrate events into the go-to-market strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing events team, fostering a culture of accountability and commercial impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercially successful, brand-led events with measurable revenue and ROI outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership and experience managing complex budgets.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling narratives and experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with experience influencing at the senior level.
• Must be based in the USA to fulfill the requirements of this remote role.
