What you will do
- Lead cross-functional alignment across R&D, Product Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success.
- Own the end-to-end product commercialization process, including value proposition validation and the delivery of comprehensive GTM packages.
- Ensure the sales and pre-sales teams are fully equipped with narratives, competitive positioning, and technical depth.
- Partner with competitive intelligence teams to translate market insights into actionable frontline guidance.
- Establish systemic feedback loops to feed field-identified gaps and wins back into product strategy.
- Act as a senior change agent to break down organizational silos and enforce high standards for GTM effectiveness.
Requirements
- Senior executive experience spanning Sales, Marketing, and Product disciplines.
- Proven track record of building scalable GTM systems within dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across matrixed organizations with competing KPIs.
- Experience leading complex organizational change and operating in ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in the USA
