TL;DR

GTM Business Operations & Strategy Lead (AI): Driving go-to-market strategy for the Codex business with an accent on commercialization models, customer segmentation, and product scaling. Focus on translating market insights into actionable growth strategies and leading complex cross-functional execution.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Must be based in or be able to relocate to the United States.

Salary: $285,000 – $385,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead GTM strategy for the Codex business, defining growth priorities and commercialization approaches in partnership with Product leadership.
  • Establish north star goals, launch success metrics, and operating KPIs, monitoring performance with Data Science teams.
  • Develop strategic bets for new products, capabilities, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Create customer segmentation frameworks and tailored strategies for various profiles and industries.
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Finance, and Product teams to design commercial models, packaging, and monetization strategies.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify whitespace opportunities and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, management consulting, or product strategy in high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong fluency in data and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and define success metrics.
  • Experience with technical or developer-based products and understanding of enterprise GTM motions.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B GTM operating models across Sales, Success, Product, and Marketing.
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office).
