What you will do
- Define and own the global GTM Launch Enablement strategy and operating model.
- Establish enterprise launch readiness standards, governance, and execution frameworks across messaging, tools, and seller/manager capability.
- Lead end-to-end GTM launch planning with Product, Marketing, and Sales; oversee structured launch enablement plans for priority initiatives.
- Run global launch governance, readiness reviews, and executive-level checkpoints to ensure consistent launch quality across regions.
- Define and monitor KPIs for readiness, adoption, and early performance; lead post-launch reviews to improve repeatability.
- Orchestrate the transition from launch readiness into scaled in-market execution with activation and field teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10–12+ years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market execution, commercial operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience leading GTM launches or large-scale commercial initiatives.
- Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions and enterprise commercial execution.
- Ability to operate at senior leadership level and influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
