Head Of GTM Business Operations & Strategy, Safety & Security (AI): Leading GTM business strategy and operations for security and safety to scale B2B growth with an accent on building resilient operating systems and operationalizing data retention policies. Focus on translating recurring field requirements into product roadmaps and developing go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity AI models.
Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is provided.
Salary: $347K – $405K

What you will do
- Define the structure of the Safety & Security program within GTM, including ownership, decision forums, and escalation paths.
- Develop and operationalize data retention policies across products and customer segments in partnership with Legal, Security, and Product teams.
- Build the go-to-market strategy for cybersecurity models, covering target customers, commercialization, and launch readiness.
- Create scalable mechanisms to translate recurring customer security and appsec needs into structured inputs for the product roadmap.
- Track customer demand and market signals to refine strategy and drive cross-functional execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, product strategy, or consulting within high-growth tech environments.
- Fluency in enterprise security and application security (IAM, audit logging, secure development, vulnerability management).
- Proven experience translating field requirements and customer feedback into operational priorities and product roadmaps.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Security, Legal, and Sales.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders across technical and business teams.
