What you will do

• Define the structure of the Safety & Security program within GTM, including ownership, decision forums, and escalation paths.
• Develop and operationalize data retention policies across products and customer segments in partnership with Legal, Security, and Product teams.
• Build the go-to-market strategy for cybersecurity models, covering target customers, commercialization, and launch readiness.
• Create scalable mechanisms to translate recurring customer security and appsec needs into structured inputs for the product roadmap.
• Track customer demand and market signals to refine strategy and drive cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, product strategy, or consulting within high-growth tech environments.
• Fluency in enterprise security and application security (IAM, audit logging, secure development, vulnerability management).
• Proven experience translating field requirements and customer feedback into operational priorities and product roadmaps.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Security, Legal, and Sales.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders across technical and business teams.
