What you will do

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using REXX and tools like Broadcom OPS MVS or IBM System Automation.
• Perform z/OS automation software conversions and integrate mainframe environments with platforms like ServiceNow, Remedy, and Netcool.
• Install, customize, and upgrade GDPS environments while implementing Hyperswap for high availability.
• Design and validate disaster recovery processes and high-availability architectures.
• Prepare and validate complex software and hardware upgrades across z/OS, IMS, CICS, DB2, and MQ environments.
• Leverage AI knowledge to implement practical automation improvements and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in automation tools such as Broadcom OPS MVS, Mainview Auto Operator, or IBM System Automation.
• Advanced REXX programming skills.
• Experience with z/OS, GDPS, and disaster recovery/high availability implementation.
• Language proficiency: Ability to conduct professional conversations in English or Spanish.
• Experience with change and incident management tools to maintain automated solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mainframe Modernization projects.
• Knowledge of Mainframe integration with Hyperscaler solutions.
