What you will do
- Provide tier 1-2 technical support for local and remote end users.
- Manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Work within a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory.
- Troubleshoot network issues and manage VPN/wireless environments.
- Contribute to the corporate IT wiki and knowledge base documentation.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and client environments including Active Directory, GPO, and SCCM/MDT.
- Experience with cloud solutions such as Office365 and Azure.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network elements, and wireless/VPN environments.
- Practical knowledge of computer hardware maintenance.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of MacOS operating systems.
- Experience with JAMF management.
