Location: Onsite in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

What you will do

  • Provide tier 1-2 technical support for local and remote end users.
  • Manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
  • Work within a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and manage VPN/wireless environments.
  • Contribute to the corporate IT wiki and knowledge base documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and client environments including Active Directory, GPO, and SCCM/MDT.
  • Experience with cloud solutions such as Office365 and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network elements, and wireless/VPN environments.
  • Practical knowledge of computer hardware maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of MacOS operating systems.
  • Experience with JAMF management.
